Our bee pollen is sourced from the Southeast United States and is packed with amino acids, vitamins, and antioxidants, making it an excellent supplement for boosting overall health. It is carefully packaged in a glass jar and contains 8 ounces of 100% pure bee pollen.
Bee pollen consists of pollen collected by worker bees from blooming flowers. It naturally contains vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, lipids, and protein. For years, bee pollen has been a popular item in health food stores due to its many benefits, which include increasing energy, aiding with seasonal allergies, and supporting general health.
When adding bee pollen to your diet, we recommend starting with 1-2 granules and gradually increasing to 1 teaspoon per day to 3-5 tablespoons as you see fit.
