HopGuard is considered a natural Varroa Mite treatment. It is food grade and has no negative effects on the hive. It is most effective when used during mid-summer and on-set of winter brood development. The treatment is 2 saturated cardboard strips per 10-frames of brood. Active Ingredients is Potassium Salt of Hop Beta Acids.
