Dip the honey wand into the honey
Pull straight up, staying over the honey container
Gently twist or roll the wand between the thumb & index fingers, stopping the drip.
Quickly place the wand over the desired food or drink, and pause until the drip returns.
Repeat step 3 to stop the drip and return to the original container.

Do not put the wand in a liquid and then return to the honey. Liquid added to honey will cause fermentation.
